Seven siblings and their parents idealized the illusion of a winery that challenged societal norms and created wines as complex as the human brain. Slate Theory Winery opened doors in 2021 and is located in the heart of Fredericksburg. The experimental winery invites guests to a full-sensory experience featuring art created by one of the seven siblings, an indoor/outdoor tasting room, and a 20,000 square-foot underground wine cave — with a rooted mission of mental health awareness and advocacy.
